Luxury wedding invitations
Designed like letterpress.
Delivered via WhatsApp.
Luxury digital wedding invitations with custom typography, cinematic reveals, and one-tap RSVP. For couples who care about craft, whatever the medium.
What makes it luxury
Luxury isn't paper.
It's what you did with it.
The question isn't digital versus paper. It's considered versus generic. A digital invitation with custom typography, hand-tuned animations, and a thoughtful reveal is more luxurious than a mass-produced letterpress card with a default serif and stock florals. Here's what we pay attention to.
01
Bespoke typography system
We don't reach for a default serif. Every invitation has a custom typography pairing — often one distinctive display face for the names, a neutral sans-serif or secondary serif for the details, and sometimes a handwritten accent. Kerning is manual. Letter-spacing is deliberate. Size hierarchy is earned.
02
Cinematic reveal animation
When a guest opens the invitation, they don't see a static card. They see a sequence: entrance fade, typography building, photograph revealing. 3-5 seconds of choreographed motion that ends when the invitation fully lands. Subtle enough to feel editorial, distinctive enough to be memorable.
03
Photographic craft
Photos are treated as editorial plates. No rounded corners, no drop shadows, no decorative borders. Full-bleed hero imagery, considered crop ratios, warm film-like grain overlay when appropriate. Your engagement photos deserve the same treatment as a Harper's Bazaar cover.
04
WhatsApp-native delivery
Paper invitations used to be the luxury standard because they were mailed individually, with hand-addressed envelopes. Our digital invitations preserve that intimacy differently: each guest gets a unique token link. Open the WhatsApp message, tap the link, see an invitation that greets them by name.
05
Integrated one-tap RSVP
No separate RSVP card. No website to log into. No PIN to enter. The invitation itself is the RSVP form. Tap attending, select a meal, add dietary notes, confirm — done. Paper invitations fragment the experience; luxury digital consolidates it.
06
Restraint over decoration
We don't add florals because florals are traditional. We don't add gold flourishes unless they serve. The best luxury invitations feel intentionally empty — generous whitespace, one or two standout elements, the rest quiet. This is the single hardest thing to get right.
The digital vs paper question
Paper has its magic.
So does what we make.
Letterpress paper has tactile magic — the physical weight of a cotton card, the indentation of metal plates, the ceremony of opening a sealed envelope. We're not going to pretend digital replaces that.
But digital does things paper cannot. An animated typography reveal. Gold foil shimmer that moves. A photograph that parallaxes subtly as you scroll. A QR-style guest token that greets each person by name. A one-tap RSVP that lands in the couple's dashboard in real time. Delivery to 200 guests in 3 minutes, from anywhere in the world.
Many of our couples do both: a small letterpress batch from a specialist (we often recommend Minted) for immediate family and parents, and our digital invitations for the broader 100-300 guest list. It's the best of both worlds without duplicating costs.

How it works
From brief to first guest, in two weeks.
Step 01
Design
A 45-minute discovery call. We review your wedding aesthetic, your typography preferences, your photography. Within 5 business days you receive a first custom concept — not a template with your names dropped in, an actual design built for you.
Step 02
Refine
Two rounds of revisions included. We fine-tune typography, animation timing, color work, photography treatment. You live with the invitation for a few days, come back with edits, we refine. Repeat once more if needed.
Step 03
Send
Your invitation goes live on your custom domain. Each guest gets a unique WhatsApp-shareable link that pre-fills their name. They tap, see the invitation, RSVP in one flow. You get real-time notifications. No more chasing.
Frequently asked
Everything you were about to ask.
What is a luxury wedding invitation?
A luxury wedding invitation is a bespoke piece of design built specifically for one couple, using custom typography, considered color work, and — for digital invitations — subtle animations and interactive elements. It's the difference between a mass-market template and a couture-level design.
Are digital wedding invitations considered luxury?
Yes, when designed with the same rigor as letterpress. Luxury isn't defined by medium — it's defined by craft, originality, and restraint. A digital invitation with hand-kerned typography, custom illustrations, and a cinematic reveal is as considered as a foil-stamped paper invitation.
How much does a luxury wedding invitation cost?
Ours typically range from $350 (Essentials: premium template customization) to $1,200+ (Signature: fully bespoke with custom typography, illustrations, animations). Couture (end-to-end concierge with dedicated designer) is quoted per project.
Can I send luxury wedding invitations via WhatsApp?
Yes. Every paid tier includes WhatsApp-shareable guest links with token-based URLs that auto-identify each guest — they see their own name, their personal event schedule, and can RSVP in one tap. No sign-up, no guest-list lookup.
Do luxury wedding invitations include RSVP?
Ours do, natively. Per-event RSVP tracking, meal preferences, dietary notes, song requests, +1 management. Real-time dashboard for the couple, one-link flow for guests.
Can a digital invitation be as beautiful as a letterpress one?
In many ways, yes. Digital invitations can do things paper cannot: animated typography reveals, parallax on photography, gold foil effects via CSS shimmer, sound-on reveal. Many couples do both — a small letterpress batch for family and digital invitations for the broader list.
How long does a custom luxury wedding invitation take to design?
Essentials: 48-72 hours. Signature bespoke: 2-3 weeks (discovery, first concept in 5 days, two rounds of revisions, launch). Couture: 3-5 weeks depending on scope and animation complexity.
