The couple creates their account and sends you an invite link. You only ever see the weddings you have been invited to, and you can switch between them from your home.

Keep the events, the day schedule and the planning tasks in one place the couple can see too, so everyone works from the same version.

How do I get access to a couple's wedding?
The couple invites you. From their account they create an invite link and send it to you. When you accept it with your planner account, their wedding appears on your home. Nobody gets access to a wedding from an email address alone.
What does a planner account cost?
Nothing. The planner account is free. Inside each wedding you work with the features available on that couple's account.
Do I need a website?
No. A website is not needed to create a planner account, to work with your couples, or to apply to the referral programme.
Who owns the wedding?
The couple. It is their account and their data. You work on it because they invited you, and leaving a wedding never deletes anything of theirs.
What can't I see?
Billing, payment methods and the couple's account settings. Publishing the website and sending invitations follow the couple's existing approval.
Can a couple remove my access?
Yes, at any time, from their account. You can also leave a wedding yourself whenever your part is done.
Can I create a wedding for a couple?
Not yet. For now the couple creates their account and invites you to it, so the wedding is theirs from the first day.
Is my profile public?
No. Your planner profile is private. If you would like to appear in our directory, you can submit a free standard listing, which is published after review. Editorial highlights are possible but never guaranteed.
