Meal and dietary preferences
Set the menu options once. Each guest picks main, allergies and notes in their RSVP. The dashboard rolls up totals per choice - caterer gets a clean count, no email chain.

Can my guests RSVP from their phone?+
Yes. Each guest receives a personalised RSVP link by email or WhatsApp. The form is mobile-first, branded to match your wedding website, and pre-fills their name and party. You see responses arrive in real time, plus the analytics dashboard.
Can I track plus-ones and households?+
Yes. Each guest row can have a plus-one (with or without a name set yet), a household for travel/seating clustering, a side (yours or theirs), and a VIP flag. The seating chart reads from the same data - change the list, the chart reflows.
How do I send save-the-dates and invitations?+
From the guest dashboard, select any subset of guests and send a save-the-date or invitation. Email goes via Resend with a high-deliverability domain; WhatsApp goes via your linked Business account. Each send is logged in the guest's row so you can see exactly when and what they received.
Can I import an existing guest list?+
Yes. Paste a CSV (name, email, phone, side, household, +1 flag) or copy from your planner spreadsheet. The import preview highlights duplicates and missing fields before you commit. Roll back any import in one click.
Does the seating chart connect to the guest list?+
Yes - they read from the same source. When you mark a guest as declined, they vanish from the chart. When you change a plus-one's name, the chair label updates. Allergy and dietary tags surface on every name on the seating canvas.
Can guests update their RSVP after submitting?+
Yes. The tokenised link stays valid until your reply deadline. Guests can update meal choice, plus-one name, or response without contacting you. Every change is logged with a timestamp.
