Before you book a wedding caterer in London
- Ask for a tasting before you sign, with the dishes you are actually considering.
- Get the per-guest price in writing and what it includes: service staff, drinks, corkage, the cake cutting and the late-night food.
- Tell them about allergies and dietary needs early, and ask how they mark each guest's plate on the day.
